Global Medical Care Salou was born in 2005 to provide medical services with a network of centres and clinics located throughout the Costa Daurada in Tarragona, through which we can offer our customers a wide range of medical services for the best care.

We have a multilingual medical and health team that brings in the human factor that is necessary for the job.

·Drivers Medical Examination Centre: Global Medical Care Salou is an accredited centre for Drivers Medical Examinations, nº T-0059, certified by the Central Traffic Headquarters. We carry out medical and psychological examinations for various permits and licences like obtaining, renewing or exchanging driving licences; gun licences; aptitude certificates for private security; self-propelled tower and mobile cranes operator; possession of potentially dangerous animals; and skipper’s licenses for recreational crafts and jet skis

·General medicine, family medicine and nursing services. ·Sports medicine: health check-ups for federation cards, sports stress tests, treatment of injuries, training sessions planning, etc. ·Aesthetic and cosmetic medicine · Home doctor visits 24/7 during the tourist season. · Adult psychology child and youth psychology and sports psychology. ·Tests, check-ups and official medical certificates for competitive examinations for taxi drivers, police officers, higher studies and professions. ·Diving and underwater fishing, being accredited for the issuance of certificates of fitness for recreational diving (non-professional). General and cranial osteopathy and medical acupuncture. ·Conventional radiology (RX). ·Other services: treatment of overweight, gastric balloon without endoscopy, food intolerance test, study of hair loss, etc.

Accepted national mutual insurance companies: Sanitas, Asisa, Asistencia Sanitaria Colegial, DKV, Mapfre, Santa Lucía, Agrupació Mutua, Canal salud 24, Verisalud, Vivaz, Allianz, Serviall Salud, etc.

We deal with paperwork with the Traffic Department for free, thus avoiding unnecessary journeys and expenses.You don’t need to bring a photo, as we will take some for you with no additional cost involved.
